JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join the Alpine Software Group team and lead SEO efforts across the Alpine Software Group portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of fast-growth startups across different verticals. You will work closely with the founders, engineering teams, and marketing teams leading SEO initiatives and the SEO Center of Excellence at ASG. You will work hands-on with the portfolio companies on the implementation of SEO initiatives, this includes the identification of opportunities and implementation of recommendations with the engineering teams, content resources, and product teams.

• Identify site opportunities and potential limitations impacting organic search performance
• Prioritize SEO initiatives and work hands-on with companies to implement
• Analyze ranking and crawl data to identify SEO opportunities and risks
• Develop processes and support documentation to scale efforts
• Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including, product, engineering, marketing, and content partners.
• Provide content recommendations and identify new content topics
• Keyword and competitor analysis
• Perform regular site crawls to monitor progress across the portfolio
• Stay up to date with current SEO trends
• SEO performance reporting and monitoring

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
• 5+ years of experience in SEO
• Strong ability to identify content opportunities and develop content strategies
• Technical SEO experience, including internal linking optimization, schema markup, CWV, and indexation health
• Experience working with a variety of websites and industry types
• Experience in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, rank tracking tools (like SEMrush or ahrefs), site crawlers (like Screamingfrog)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets
• Self-motivated and an action-oriented

Base Salary Range: The target salary range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
