About the role:

We are hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to join our Communications team. As our first Social Media Manager, you’ll be given the reins (and autonomy) to supercharge Forter’s social media strategy with a focus on growth and engagement. We're counting on you to be the expert!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Elevate Forter’s brand and engage with key audiences across our various social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube). 
  • Spearhead Forter’s social strategy to ensure we’re reaching the right audiences, on the right channels, with the right messages. 
  • Partner with our stellar Creative team to develop compelling and snackable social content and collaborate with HR to bring our employer brand to life on social media. 
  • Educate internal audiences on leveraging social selling to drive more meaningful conversations with prospects and customers.
  • Build an employee social advocacy program that turns Forterians into brand stewards.

What you’ll need:

  • Creative storyteller: You have a flair for crafting compelling stories, captivating content, and visually stunning social campaigns that drive engagement and reach. 
  • Trend whisperer: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social media trends and emerging technologies to keep Forter one step ahead. 
  • Engagement conductor: You’ll be responsible for energizing and inspiring our internal and external audiences on social media, fostering meaningful conversations and engagement opportunities.
  • Brand ambassador: Be a passionate advocate of our brand across all social media channels, embodying Forter’s voice, tone and values.
  • Amplifier: You should be comfortable empowering our sales team with social selling techniques, providing guidance, training, and resources so they can harness social media to have more meaningful conversations.
  • Data interpreter: We love to experiment at Forter and the proof is in the pudding! So you’ll need strong analytical skills to understand what’s working and what’s not and the creative brain power to try something new!
  • Proven track record: You’ve successfully managed and grown social media channels for B2B tech brands and have hands-on experience with social tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite and/or Sprinklr along with using social as a crisis communications tool.

Salary Range: $87,500 - $143,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
