What will you contribute?

We are seeking for Senior Full Stack Software Developers to join our KTP Manila team. As a Senior Full Stack Software Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implemention of user interfaces and business logic for web applications using NodeJS, AngularJS, JQuery, Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot 3, JPA/Hibernate using Oracle and Postgres database. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements. This position is located in Manila.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using NodeJS, AngularJS, JQuery, Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot 3, JPA/Hibernate.
• Lead the design and implemention of user interfaces that are responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on issues and recommend optimal solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and UX/UI designers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the development process.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.

• Must have at least 4 - 6 years of work experience building small to large-scale software applications
• Must have full stack development experience using NodeJS and SPA Frameworks like AngularJS.
• Must have a very good grasp of JavaScript, TypeScript and Jquery
• Must have experience in developing APIs using Spring.
• Must have back-end development experience using Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot 3, JPA/Hibernate.
• Must have experience in Oracle and Postgres databases.
• Experience with unit/integration testing using JUnit and Selenium
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology and practices
• Experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Financial industry experience preferred.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
