Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Engineer on the Aladdin Platform team, you will partner with the Macquarie Asset Management business and take part in end-to-end solution delivery. You will design and build clean, efficient, robust and reliable solutions that deliver to our business and our future state architecture, as a team owning the solution end to end. These solutions will integrate with the Aladdin platform upstream and downstream. You will also share responsibility towards improving quality, modernising our stack, continuous delivery, production support and are passionate about growing upon our DevOps principles. What you offer • Have significantly demonstrated hands-on experience of managing and developing technology solutions to multiple internal clients • Excellent Technical Architecture experience and prior Aladdin experience is expected • Be entrepreneurial, highly motivated and self-directed with a strong delivery mindset and be able to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply • Be passionate about building and leading, high-performing delivery teams and proposing and achieving successful outcomes for a significant asset management business • Be adept at engaging, collaborating and influencing people at all levels and areas of financial services organizations while navigating time zones effectively and having flexibility to prioritize your time and travel.
