Senior Software Engineer

This is a hybrid position requiring on-site in Santa Clara 1 - 2 days per week. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our development team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. As a senior team member, you will mentor junior engineers, lead technical projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software systems and applications. • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time. • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs. • Ensure software quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices. • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of professional software development experience. • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Go. • Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile methodologies. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
