This includes popular HRIS systems such as Rippling, BambooHR, and Workday. Our team is responsible for collecting and normalizing this data, ensuring it meets our accuracy and quality bar, and exposing it to core products.
By joining our team you will get exposure to Carta's Identity pillar, offering opportunities to work with our amazing team of developers, product managers, machine learning engineers and data scientists to find creative ways to use the data we collect. You will work closely with other teams across the company, understanding our goals and how we can supercharge Carta's capabilities.

You have 5+ years of full stack or backend engineering experience building scalable production systems. You possess strong technical skills and enjoy working with various stakeholders across a fast-growing organization.
