Senior Software Maintenance Engineer with MuleSoft (2nd and 3rd Line)

We are seeking a highly competent Senior Software Maintenance Engineer with substantial expertise in MuleSoft technologies to enhance our team.
This pivotal role concentrates on heightening the stability and performance of software systems through advanced support, maintenance, and development initiatives using the Anypoint Platform and related MuleSoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 2nd and 3rd line support and expertly troubleshoot complex software issues using in-depth MuleSoft knowledge
• Oversee and improve the functionality of existing software applications at a senior level
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering through client consultations
• Lead discussions on solutions and project outcomes in stakeholder meetings
• Collaborate with the development team to architect and implement significant system enhancements
• Uphold superior standards of code quality through meticulous testing and debugging
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation and ensure continuous updates
• Stay at the forefront of developments in MuleSoft technology and the software industry at large
• Mentor junior engineers and assist the development team with complex development tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a senior support role
• Advanced proficiency in MuleSoft and in-depth familiarity with the Anypoint Platform
• Proven ability to speak and write in English at a B2 level or higher
• Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance and augmentation of software applications
• Recognized qualifications evidencing robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership skills in communication and effective collaboration with teams
• Capability to lead initiatives and function autonomously in a remote environment
