Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.

At the moment this role is focused on:

• Partnering with Sales teams across APJ to design tailored scalable Canva solutions that win hearts and deals.

• Leading enterprise discovery and mapping complex content workflows into beautifully simple Canva experiences.

• Crafting engaging demos and stories that bring Canva’s value to life across marketing comms ops and creative teams.

• Enabling organisations to transition from legacy tools and optimise workflows for brand governance and collaboration.

• Creating playbooks training and reusable content to help teams scale smarter across the region.

• Navigating APJ-specific challenges like localisation multilingual needs and diverse creative operations.

You're probably a match if

• You have experience in pre-sales consulting creative workflows or enterprise onboarding.

• You love solving customer problems and designing elegant creative workflows.

• You’ve delivered training or workshops for business audiences virtually or in person.

• You’re passionate about speaking “design language” and helping teams unlock their creativity.

• You have professional presentation skills and feel comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders and in-front of large audiences.

• You’re structured organised and can manage multiple workstreams at once.

• You’re calm under pressure collaborative and a great communicator.

• You’re curious resourceful and love helping colleagues and customers learn.

• You understand brand governance template systems and creative operations.

About the team

The Solutions Consulting team sits within our Sales & Success supergroup and plays a pivotal role in helping organisations reimagine how they create and collaborate with Canva. We partner closely with Enterprise and Strategic Sales teams across APJ to design thoughtful scalable solutions that bring Canva’s magic to life. From running inspiring discovery workshops to architecting workflows and designing compelling demos we help our customers unlock Canva’s full potential at scale. We're a creative curious and collaborative crew who thrive on making the complex simple - and having fun along the way.
