Senior Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a talented, curious, and personable Senior Solutions Engineer with experience in both SaaS and integrated software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and ultimately expanding the Solutions Engineering function within Truepic, and managing prospect and customer relationships where technical integrations or out of the box solutions are desired. This role will be cross functional, working with Product and Engineering, as well as Sales and Marketing to design and manage product demos, assist with writing and communicating integration documentation, and ideate product enhancements to meet customer needs. This role is right for you if you are dedicated to and excited about growing Truepic’s secure content transparency and authenticity tools to provide information about the origin and history of media for the tech ecosystem that we all use every day.

Responsibilities: 

• Establish our SE function including foundational systems and best practices
• Over time, grow and develop our SE team spanning both lines of business
• Support pre- and post-sales opportunities for all customers across Truepic’s product lines
• Build a deep technical understanding of all Truepic products and their use cases
• Develop an understanding of customer needs and pain points, then identify solutions
• Create and deliver customized demos
• Pitch into the Director+, up to C suite, while also getting into the weeds with their technology teams
• Educate prospects on our technology and its capabilities
• Gather insights that help inform immediate product enhancements and the future roadmap
• Ideate and sometimes build possible solutions with product and engineering teams
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Supporting subscription SaaS sales teams in a venture-backed company (Series A to C) 
• Coding in a modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, Swift, etc.), bonus for lower level language experience (C++, Rust, etc.)
• Explaining complex technologies in simple terms (cryptography, computer vision, etc.)
• Mobile and web application development, API integrations, and integrated libraries
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Has built, managed, and scaled a team
• Product management tools (Jira, Linear, etc.), API platforms (postman, etc.), documentation platforms (readme, archbee, etc.), technical diagramming tools (lucidchart, draw.io, visio, etc.)
