Senior Specialist - COPS Project Manager

The successful candidate will be able to diligently track the progress of multiple projects simultaneously while escalating obstacles and prioritizing day-to-day tasks to ensure a high rate of successful project completion. Ideal candidates will possess high levels of personal ownership & accountability and will be driven to accomplish COPS mission objectives in steady pursuit of operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day projects for the Cloud Operations & Security using with Agile/Scrum principles
• Develop project status dashboarding and prepare executive level briefing slides
• Analyse & quantify project resource requirements
• Lead project-specific SCRUM sessions and identify & escalate blockers and other project execution impediments
• Closely align with COPS leadership on project prioritization
• Establish & foster strong strategic partnerships with all stakeholders across the business

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, O365 Suite, MS Project
• Proven history of managing complex projects in a fast pace environment coupled with fluid prioritization
• Experience working in a high-pace start up is ideal
• Strong history of ownership & accountability & results delivery
