We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Staff Cyber Security Engineer with a focus on both Cybersecurity and Infrastructure services to lead the design and implementation of robust and resilient security solutions. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the overall security and infrastructure architecture, ensuring the protection of our organization's digital assets. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, technical leadership, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our cybersecurity and infrastructure landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Security Architecture:

  • Develop and drive the strategic vision for cybersecurity and infrastructure architecture.
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive security solutions across networks, systems, and cloud environments.

  • Design and optimize enterprise-wide infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement secure and resilient network and systems architectures.
3. Cybersecurity Implementation:
  • Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
  • Ensure the integration of security into infrastructure components, applications, and cloud services.
4. Incident Detection and Response Enhancement:
  • Enhance incident detection and response capabilities through the integration of advanced threat intelligence and proactive security measures.
  • Lead the development and execution of incident response plans and procedures.
5. Governance and Compliance:
  • Ensure that cybersecurity solutions align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams to assess and validate security controls.
6. Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration:
  • Drive the automation and orchestration of infrastructure and security processes to improve efficiency and response times.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices to integrate security into the development and deployment lifecycle.
7. Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align security solutions with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
Requirements:

1. Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure roles, with a focus on architectural design and leadership.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing comprehensive security and infrastructure solutions.
3. Certifications:
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or TOGAF are preferred.
4. Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in cybersecurity technologies, infrastructure design, and cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
  • Expert level expertise in AWS Cloud infrastructure & networking(transit gateway/peerlink/VPC), Office 365/Google cloud platforms, Mobile Device Management solutions, Infrastructure automation and Active Directory.
5. Communication and Leadership:
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading and motivating technical teams.
6. Strategic Thinking:
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Experience in developing and executing long-term architecture roadmaps.
7. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Proven ability to drive innovation in cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions.
  • Keen interest in staying ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Benefits may vary based on the job, full-time or part-time schedule, location, and collectively bargained status.

The salary range for this position is:
159,100.00 - 265,100.00 USD Annual

The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
