Senior Staff Software Engineer, Document/Cloud AI

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  
• 7 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Multi-modal and text Large Language Models (LLMs) are transforming the industry, and enabling unheard of accuracy across many applications. We focus on leveraging the best of traditional techniques and LLMs to understand the deep structure and content of documents, improvements to document understanding and uplift the entire product quality of many downstream applications including search, chat, analytics, and document processing.
