Your Career

Help build what is next. Our Management Software is an intuitive platform with consistent user interfaces across all devices, designed to efficiently manage all Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation security devices. The centralized management console streamlines complex deployments, enabling seamless operation of the entire Palo Alto Networks security portfolio.

Your Impact

• Conceptualize, Collaborate and Develop highly scalable Network Management System for managing next generation firewalls and devices in hybrid deployments.

• Hands-on participation in developing next generation configuration management architecture.

• Technical leadership and end-to-end delivery of solutions in collaboration with cross-functional product management, development and quality assurance teams in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

• 5+ years of experience in building large enterprise applications required. 1+ years experience in technical leadership roles in building enterprise network applications

• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with many cross-functional teams with an emphasis on end-to-end delivery

• Experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, peer review, and operations

• Excellent programming skills in C is a must and Python is a plus.

• Excellent skills in Linux/Unix system fundamentals with ability to quickly identify performance and scale challenges.

• Experience building appliance based device and configuration management is a plus

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between$126000 - $204500/YR.. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
