About the team: 

Senior Supervisor, Auto Estimatics will provide leadership for a team of internal auto estimators.  They will use their technical estimating skills and strong leadership to guide the performance of the team, review files to determine quality, and work with claims leadership to set the vision and strategy of the team.  

What you will do: 

• Coach, train, observe and manage the performance of assigned team members
• Assign/manage work distribution within the team
• Review and audit claims for accuracy and compliance with Turo’s estimating guidelines
• Review data for accuracy of estimating and report regularly to claim leadership on the team's impact and performance.
• Review customer escalations or disputes to resolve the customer issue and determine controllable root causes
• Collaborate or lead special projects, change initiatives, or other activities

Your profile: 

• 3+ years auto estimating experience
• 2+ years of claims leadership experience
• Experience with support solutions and processes in an auto claims environment
• Auto estimate software experience required (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex)
• I-Car certification preferred
• Strong estimating expertise and knowledge of the major estimating platforms of CCC, Mitchell, Audatex
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate others

The PHX base salary target range for this full-time position is $78,000-$95,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
