About the Job:
As our Senior. Systems Administrator, you will work closely with our Director of Systems Administration and other technology team members to help support and maintain Redesign Health’s core technology systems including our customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, company intranet, project management, and ticketing systems. Through this, you will also help inform our Technology roadmap, ensure the highest levels of customer service and support for our key company technology systems, as well as play a hands-on role in performing systems administration activities.
What you will do
- Assist with the selection, implementation, and ongoing administration, maintenance and support of Redesign’s core Business technology platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, JIRA, and others.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and other functional team leadership, to ensure we're creating integrated solutions and avoiding duplication or tech sprawl across our technology solutions.
- Administer core cross-functional technology systems across the business with an eye towards scalability.
- Help apply technology-based solutions to key initiatives for the business.
- Implement technology solutions in partnership with Vendor Management, Technology Operations, and Product/Engineering teams with a rigorous, thoughtful, and contextual implementation process.
What you will need
- You have 5+ years of general technology experience; ability to use various software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Coda or Airtable, JIRA, Hubspot, and ZenDesk
- You have 3+ years of experience in systems administration, architecture and support
- You have 2+ years experience working within Salesforce administration, architecture, and support
- You hold a Bachelor's degree
What you will bring to the table
- You have proven technical experience with enterprise systems and enterprise architecture. You demonstrate a systems thinking approach, use enterprise architecture diagrams to communicate designs, articulate system dependencies, and understand data flows throughout the system. Â
- You can apply basic software development concepts (loops, if/then statements, and boolean values) to systems configuration. You are familiar with REST API's, webhooks, and integrations between enterprise applications.
- You have advanced excel and data processing skills including proficiency with large datasets (50GB+). You recognize anomalies or errors in datasets and use data cleaning/preparation methods to normalize data and surface values between datasets using vLookups and other advanced excel functions (index match, pivot tables etc).Â
- You have experience contributing to and/or developing change management and release management procedures. You demonstrate best practices using Change Sets, or Ant Migration to manage an audit trail and move configuration between environments.Â
- You have excellent project management skills. You are experienced at gathering requirements, designing solutions, and managing projects through to completion. You communicate design trade-offs to both a technical and non-technical audience with diplomacy and technical expertise.Â
Who you are
- Manages Ambiguity: You deal comfortably with the uncertainty of change, and are calm and productive, even when things are up in the air.Â
- Action Oriented: You readily take action on new opportunities with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. You display a can-do attitude, and step up to handle tough issues.
