Job Summary:

SSIS/SQL (ETL) Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data ingestion, integration, and quality processes for data warehouse and data mart structures. The role requires a deep understanding of Data Warehouse design, proficiency in SQL development, and the ability to analyze and integrate with semantic and modeling layers and reporting tools.

Essential functions: • Analyze business requirements in creating efficient data solutions.• Design, develop, and scale transactional (OLTP) and reporting (OLAP) databases.• Proficient in Data Warehouse design with a thorough knowledge of fact and dimension table relationships.• Perform job duties in support of data warehouses, including the extraction, transformation, and consolidation of data stored in different SQL databases.• Perform data quality cleaning and transforming of data from source systems into data warehouse/marts. • Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.• Troubleshoot existing queries and stored procedures. • Gather requirements and create architectural detail design documents and mapping documents.• Enable data model designs with appropriate structures and relationships in SSIS.• Develop artifacts such as flow charts, process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.• Run profiling tools to identify slow or resource intensive queries and provide solutions.• Work effectively with the DBA teams to ensure that all approved development and deployment procedures are followed.• Assists with implementation of data governance programs and best practices.• Ensure proper testing and quality control processes are established, implemented, and followed to ensure high data integrity, volume, and frequency.• Maintains a broad and current understanding of reporting, data analytics and business intelligence strategies, cloud platforms, methodologies, and tools.• Builds business relationships to enable the key data strategy initiatives and projects.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: • 5 + years of demonstrated experience in database design and implementation.• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in developing queries, stored procedures, and views (SQL & My SQL).• 3+ years proficiency in SSIS/ETL tool.• Knowledge of other tools such as Azure Data Factory or Informatica.• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including advanced data analysis and profiling techniques.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or relevant work experience.

Certifications and Licenses:

MS Azure / SQL SERVER Integration Services and SQL Server Analysis Services
