Job Description

Indigo Slate is seeking a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team of talented individuals. We’re looking for someone who can challenge themselves (and us!) and is able to work independently, as well as in a team, and bring a fresh perspective to our organisation. A passionate drive to create and a holistic appreciation for your craft are absolute musts.
This is an immediate start role - Candidate must be based in the East Coast of USA - ideal locations as follows:

 What are the responsibilities of the role?

  • Global attraction, sourcing and hiring across product, technical and marketing requirements.
  • Define and execute effective talent and employment brand strategies to ensure quality experience in the talent process.
  • Own and establish the best practices for contractor hiring with experience of current policies, governance, and compliance – including management of invoice approvals and vendor engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with opportunities to grow and improve aspects of the employee lifecycle including on-boarding, employee experience, alumni engagement, employer brand talent attraction, D&I
  • Alignment to the candidate journey, overall hiring experience and harmonisation of policies and processes.
  • Own 3rd party agency and supplier performance, keeping in line with the budget for spend with review of SLA’s, MSA and KPIs
  • Maintain and optimise recruitment forecasting globally.
  • Convey our recruitment and hiring quality story to the business through qualitative data analytics.
  • Ability to navigate and execute successfully and simultaneously within multiple company constructs.
  • Adoption and continuous improvement of global processes and their execution with focus on recruitment and hiring.
  • Establishing forecasting, budgeting tools and dashboards to support the business to manage and challenge on historical, current, and future requirements.
  • Develop a culture of data and analytical rigour and build the foundations to enable data informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with other Talent partners to develop a talent pool framework that helps the business map out its workforce requirements – future-proofing the org for success.


What are the requirements for this position?

  • Candidates should have at least 10 years of recruitment experience, including within a Design studio as a must.
  • Deep knowledge of current compliance, governance and legal requirements across hiring in the US (including LATAM - Mexico and Colombia) and UK a nice to have.
  • Excellent people and communication skills - ideally fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Able to prioritize and manage workload under tight deadlines.
  • Strong commercial business acumen
  • Outstanding collaboration
  • Experience of working as a recruiter in Design agency setting

Salary levels - $105,000 - $145,000 per annum
