Senior Tax Analyst

• Tax Compliance: Strong ability to research, interpret, and apply international tax laws and regulations, with a primary focus on Sales Tax/VAT/GST. Provide support for Corporate Income Tax, International Withholding Tax, and other miscellaneous tax reporting requirements. Assist with tax audits and special projects, as needed.

• Tax Reporting: Compile data for review and filing of Sales Tax/VAT/GST returns. Document and resolve tax inaccuracies by working with other Teams to improve tax reporting integrity. Collaborate with external tax preparers to gather and compile data for sales tax and other tax reporting purposes.

• Tax Accounting: Perform analysis of global tax accounts to identify discrepancies or issues. Work with the Accounting team to resolve any discrepancies and request adjustments or corrections as needed.

• Customer Service and Collaboration: Manage Tax Inbox to assist internal Teams and customers with resolving tax inquiries. Work directly with other Teams to help improve the tax experience for customers.

• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements in the tax function.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in tax-related roles.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales tax, tax compliance, and/or reporting.

• Experience with NetSuite and Avalara or similar ERP and sales tax automation software.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a global environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 

Salary: $75,000-$90,000
