About This Role:

We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst for Indirect and Income Taxation. In this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting iRhythm's indirect tax compliance (Sales Use Property Excise Tax VAT/GST) and income tax functions. This role ensures accurate tax reporting supports audits and contributes to strategic tax planning across domestic and international jurisdictions.

What You Will Be Doing

Sales & Use Tax / VAT

• Prepare and file accurate and timely U.S. sales/use tax returns

• Work with external consultants on the timely and accurate filing of VAT returns across applicable jurisdictions

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state local and international indirect tax regulations

• Reconcile tax accounts to the general ledger and prepare necessary journal entries

• Review invoices contracts and purchase orders to determine the proper taxability of transactions

• Support tax audits by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries

• Monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on compliance impacts

• Assist with tax registrations in new jurisdictions as the company expands

• Maintain the indirect tax compliance calendar

Corporate Income Tax

• Support the preparation of corporate income tax returns in coordination with external advisors

• Assist with quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations and reconciliations

• Track and analyze temporary and permanent differences for tax reporting

• Prepare and perform quarterly tax payable roll forward ensuring accuracy and completeness of tax account reconciliations.

• Perform transfer pricing calculations and maintain documentation to support intercompany transactions and ensure transfer pricing compliance.

• Contribute to tax planning initiatives and process improvements

• Support tax audits by gathering information and performing specified analyses

• Maintain the income tax compliance calendar

What We Need To See

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in taxation including indirect tax compliance (sales/use tax VAT GST or similar regional equivalents) and income tax

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and tax software (e.g. Vertex Avalara SAP QAD)

• Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines

Estimated Pay Range

$91000.00 - $118000.00
