What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. • Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in US federal and state tax within a corporate tax department or public accounting firm. • Proven ability to manage tax compliance and provision for multi-entity US organizations, including international reporting (5471/8858) and US international tax calculations (GILTI, BEAT, FDII). • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. • Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial growth mindset - comfortable building new processes and teams from scratch. • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of Tax Technology like Onesource, Alteryx is a plus.
