Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead our team in the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, with a strong focus on quantum engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical project management and will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from conception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation within the organization. Duties • Ensure the availability of the product performance and behavior certificates required for strategic target business markets. • Ensure the availability and updating of Company Catalogs with the definition of product characteristics and specifications. • Ensure technical assistance and customer advice to identify the product that best suits their needs. • Ensure the organization of technical training seminars for the sales network and independent installers. • Supervise the analysis of the Terms and Conditions and technical specifications • provided by customers. • Ensure the correct and adequate completion of product data sheets and technical and installation manuals. • Organize support activities for the Business Group's Marketing function for the preparation and implementation of events, fairs, and exhibitions. • Ensure and supervise an adequate supply of accessories and moldings that can be supplied to the customer • Monitor the progress of non-conformities and customer complaints by developing hypotheses for resolution and improvement. Relationship : • Collaborate with the site's senior management to develop and management actions aimed at achieving the objectives indicated. • Collaborate with the Group's corporate functions (Purchasing, Quality, Global Technical Areas) to manage technical dynamics related to products, processes, product results, and certifications. Technical : • Knowledge of structural calculation and panel analysis • Skills in structures, mechanics, and statics • In-depth knowledge of metal supports used as external cladding • In-depth knowledge of the technical behavior of polyurethane foam and mineral wool systems • Proven management and organizational skills • Ability to analyze, plan, and control • Experience in project management • · Proficiency in the use of IT tools and ERP systems * _Interpersonal skills:_ • · Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to persuade and highlight the variables of a process or the characteristics of a product.) • · Problem analysis and resolution. Excellent analytical skills in evaluating cause and effect dynamics.) • · Self-control: Excellent ability to maintain control of one's own reactions in stressful situations, while remaining clear-headed.) • · Big picture thinking: Excellent ability to analyze situations in depth and holistically, anticipating consequences and potential problems, multitasking approach.) • · Strong leadership skills • · Determination and perseverance: (Ability to achieve goals through continuous work, considering critical situations and resolving conflicts, involving collaborators in compliance with established programs). • · Experience in successfully leading and motivating a team • · Decision-making: ability to translate factor analysis into actions aimed at implementing the best alternative. REQUIREMENTS - Technical degree (or equivalent experience). - Available to travel 50% - Minimum of 5 years' experience in the position. - Knowledge of HSE management systems and ISO9001. - Excellent leadership and business management skills. - Degree in Construction or Materials Engineering for Mexico and the United States. - Experience in complex industrial fields.
