What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing strategic leadership to lead the digital transformation of Synopsys' Global Marketing & Communications (GMC) department.
- Regularly updating on technology trends in digital marketing
- Collaborating with technical and design teams across the company to implement new technologies.
- Engaging directly with business leaders, fostering a change-ready culture
- Directing projects that optimize processes, amplify system capabilities, and realign marketing strategies for the digital age.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, data science, or a related technical field.
- 6-10 years of experience in related roles, with a preference for candidates from notable consulting backgrounds.
- Proven strategic leadership skills.
- Proven experience spearheading digital transformation initiatives within the corporate marketing division of a large technology company.
- In-depth knowledge of technology trends in digital marketing
- Experience in tech collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong change management skills
- Experience in directing process optimization projects

The Team You'll Be A Part Of: As a key member of the Marketing Ops & Technology team, you will lead initiatives to reshape our marketing landscape, bringing innovation, strategy, and measurable change. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with all functions in the GMC department to implement digital strategies into our marketing ecosystem.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $169,000 - $253,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
