Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our iconic brands include BOTOX® Cosmetic, CoolSculpting®, JUVÉDERM® and more.

The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager, Provider Onboarding to add to our high performing team to do just that.

Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey. Now, we are looking for a Self driven and Technical Individual to drive our Provider Onboarding Squad for our One Platform initiative as we prepare to launch new products.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, Onboarding who is interested in working within an agile environment, while having the backing of a very large company. If that’s you, please read on.

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, Onboarding you will report to the Director of Program Management, One Platform, as well as continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical problems.

You Will

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies of our Data Excellence squad, remove impediments and help the squad be high performing.

  • Facilitate and participate in technical discussions and decisions.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to set priorities and create a roadmap.

  • Manage releases and deliverables 

  • Visualize project progress and health to stakeholders and ensure that it is on track

  • Develop and own the program end to end including but not limited to communication plans, dependencies, collaboration, and cross team rollouts

  • Define and track key metrics and key performance indicators.

  • Influence process and decisions to align with higher company initiatives.

 

Required Experience, Traits & Skills

  • 5+ years, or equivalent experience, as a Technical Program Manager.

  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

  • Experience managing multiple complex engineering projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Care about relationship building and experience in influencing a positive culture within an organization. We hire carefully, and the entire team is allowed to take part in evaluating potential hires.

  • Passionate about continuous improvement and process.

  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of impact when changes occur to scope or timeline.

  • Results driven. Strong organizational skills to prioritize projects that bring the highest value to the business.

 

What we would like to see

  • Technical Development Experience, especially around vendor relationships, integrations and APIs

  • Experience working in a startup environment.

  • Experience with Agile Frameworks

  • Experience in B2B

Compensation Range (Minimum - Maximum)

$109,500—$208,000 USD
