What is the opportunity?
Are you interested in the opportunity to work as a Technical Systems Analyst? The candidate will have an exciting opportunity to join the Caribbean Technology team and gain valuable knowledge and insights, learn new concepts and build capabilities. The candidate will also benefit from rotations across the teams to gain a broad appreciation of the Technical Systems Analyst position. This opportunity will foster career exploration and enhance understanding through a combination of practical, hands-on business exposure with learning, mentorship and professional networking opportunities.
What will you do?
- Support Applications with the intent to improve uptime, reliability and general client experience
 - Co-ordinate and execute remediation tasks with all major stakeholders to ensure items gets resolved
 - Using different application techniques and tools to meet business requirements which includes component reusability, data sharing and security.
 - Coordinates design phases for small to medium projects/programs, identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues.
 - Review present applications being supported
 - Suggest / Implement enhancement to better support applications
 - Improve application end-to-end availability
 - Research, advise and implement automated tools to improve application service

 - Systematic, Logical and Quick Thinker
 - Experience or understanding of programming languages, databases, platforms, and/or code management tooling
 - Strong Knowledge in
- Relationship DB and SQLServer, Mango DB concept
 - Java Script, TypeScript, HTML, SCSS/CSS,Β
 - Java
 - Angular 16, RIG 6, Spring-boot, Maven, JPA
 - Jasmine, Karma, VS Code
 - Intellij, Eclipse
 - General programing
 
 - Willingness to work outside conventional working hours
 
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of Payment Gateway, Payment switching and/or Card processing systems technologies
 - Experience or understanding of web technologies, frameworks, middleware technologies, and/or design techniques and tools
 - Experience with testing methodology or frameworks, as well as Cross Browser development
 - Ability to hand-code all components
 - Knowledge of domains, IP infrastructure, server operating systems, and domain registration standards, as well as an understanding of IT Standards, Methodologies, CMM, and audit requirements
