Job Title: Senior Test Analyst / Test Leader - Successfactors - HR Modules
Location: Remote UK
Fixed Term Contracts - 12 months
Job Overview: We are seeking numerous Senior Test Analysts / Test Leads with Successfactors experience to join a large Global Programme. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing testing strategies a Global Implementation. These roles requires a strong understanding of SAP modules, specifically HRÂ Success factors, functional testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications for Successfactors modules.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Successfactors solutions.
- Identify, prioritize, and report defects and issues found during testing, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide input into testing strategies and approaches.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of Successfactors modules, including interfaces and integrations with other systems.
- Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and integrity of data processed by Successfactors systems.
- Participate in system and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including coordinating test execution with business users and stakeholders.
- Utilize testing tools and methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Document test results, findings, and test execution metrics, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Successfactores releases, patches, and updates, and assess their impact on existing testing processes and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of testing activities within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sucessfactors Senior TA or TLin testing SAP modules such as HR Success Factors
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or Jira.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT/QTP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or testing-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB) is desirable.
- Experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies is a plus.
Location: FULLY REMOTE IN THE UK
