Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Test Automation Manager - able to manage multiple projects, drive automation initiatives and projects and overall project delivery
As an Automation Manager, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, review existing systems' functionality, and drive QA projects delivery. You will be the single point of contact from Infosys for all Projects and Automation initiatives to the client leadership and should collaborate with them for the project's delivery, identifying new opportunities and new technology adoption. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You are required to work with and collaborate with a 30+ member onsite team distributed across the US, Canada and Mexico and interact closely with the offshore counterparts from India on projects delivery and automation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 10+ years of experience with IT
- Location for this position is Nashville Tennessee

- Automation: Selenium, API preferred min 1-year hands on experience and worked on CICD pipeline
- Domain: Retail
- Areas: Digital, PIM, OMS, POS (XSTORE)
- Program management:
- Should have experience in collaborating large accounts
- Good communication capability
- Stake holder management
- Experience in strategizing, leading and driving large automation programs.
- Should be able to independently design and develop strategies across Line of Business
- Strong business communication and comprehending skills
- Good retail knowledge is expected.
- Conducts research to identify tools (UFT, Selenium etc.), automation frameworks and methodologies
- Leads the design & development of the Test Automation framework / harness the same
- Provides technical leadership and support to design and implement automated CI/CD
