Senior Traffic Coordinator, Creative

Athena is looking for a highly energized, detail-oriented, and organized Traffic Manager to field and project manage creative requests, including website builds, digital content, ads, printed materials and more for an internal creative agency. Your job will be to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and assets, as well as people and processes to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. What you'll be responsible for:

• Trafficking requests and project managing the creation of creative assets and digital content
• Developing timelines and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Collecting and understanding content requirements for campaign, event, product, and corporate digital content
• Scheduling meetings, recording meeting notes, tracking actionable items (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps), and leading the follow through of all items
• Translating project scope or client requests into project trackers, workflows or presentation materials, then maintaining documentation to reflect project evolution

• Liaising with designers and trafficking edits and updates to creative assets
• Proactively identifying obstacles, risks and gaps in project plans and process; contribute solutions to resolving issues and risks
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners

• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, including copy development, design and web development

• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed
• Presenting creative concepts and assets to clients
• Supporting management of creative resources to ensure strengths are leveraged and time is managed
• Implementing process improvements related to all aspects of the creative workflow

Requirements

The skills and experience you should have:

• Work experience in project coordination and digital marketing
• Work experience in client management or client services
• Hands-on experience with flowcharts, project management tools (e.g. Airtable, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project), and schedules
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office - specifically SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Solid organization and time management skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Desire to work in a fast paced, innovative and collaborative environment

It's a plus if you have

• 2+ years of experience managing competing tasks and workflows
• Experience in photo and/or film production
• Adobe creative suite experience
