Senior UX Architect - Digital User Experience & Creative
As the Senior UX Architect - Digital User Experience & Creative you will play a vital role in our digital operations, helping our teams efficiently deliver high-quality customer-first experiences. Your ability to consolidate the necessary inputs (e.g., business requirements, technology constraints, etc.) to chaperon our teams towards an experience that guides our customers through the digital landscape effortlessly is key to the success of the team.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer experience and product ownership expertise.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
- Identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with IT developers, as well as the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
- Perform product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements.
- Interpret business needs by gathering, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating the Business area's user and technical requirements.
- Participate in the development, refinement, and prioritization of product features in enhancement in collaboration with Cox Technology Product Management.
- Represent the interests of Cox Business in all Agile-related Scrum Team Meetings and SAFe Program Meetings
- Facilitate cross-functional team sessions to close out technical and business requirement gaps.
- Lead the SAFe Program Increment planning and execution.
- Collect, track, and analyze internal and customer feedback.
- Perform product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements.
- Support the execution of end-to end testing as well as User Acceptance Testing across multiple product lines, Product Owners and other key stakeholders.
- Document processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints
- Provide regular status updates to CB Leadership and key CB stakeholders.
- Deliverables:
- Documentation of new enhancements and improvements to existing capabilities.
- Development progress
- Program Implementation (PI) progress
- Report on User Acceptance testing results
- Perform product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services
- Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports

Who You Are
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Expertise with common creative tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Photoshop)
- Displays strong interpersonal and leadership ability across all levels coupled with effective problem solving, conceptual thinking, qualitative and analytical skills
- Exhibits an ability to effectively give and receive feedback
- Possesses natural curiosity and a continuing desire to learn
- Demonstrates characteristics of a self-directed, independent thinker who desires to do his/her best
- Collaborates effectively in a virtual environment (e.g. Microsoft Teams, conference calls, FigJam, Miro etc.) and has a vested interest in the success of the team
- Displays strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Holds oneself accountable to successful completion of his/her responsibilities despite having limited oversight
Preferred
- Certifications such as/with Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), IIBA, IQBBA, IREB, PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA)
