As a Senior UX/UI Design Specialist, you demonstrate expert understanding of the UX landscape, a love for product design and the ability to provide UX/UI Design leadership when building products within digital environments like .coms, apps, responsive & adaptive designs, voice, and other connected devices. With the swift pace of technical adoption, it is critical to be able to rapidly evaluate and optimize our products to keep up. To help meet this challenge, our Senior UX/UI design specialists carry the responsibility of bringing expertise and utilizing consumer empathy and data, to critical problem solving for best-in-class user experience design for our digital products.

  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience using wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
  • Identify user needs and business requirements as inputs to design and facilitate user empathy mapping principles for cross-functional teams
  • Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications executing all visual design stages from concept to wireframe, and UI hand off for development
  • Build professional, dynamic, and detail-oriented design systems for products and or groups of products
  • Provide design support during development and execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with the highest standards
  • Leverage data and consumer insights to validate UX approach
  • Act as the main point of contact for all technical related questions, support, and consulting requests regarding design

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience with 2+ years of that experience in UX or Digital Design
  • 1+ years working knowledge of Sketch and/or Figma

Other

  • 1+ years of experience with D2C (Direct to Consumer) products or mobile applications is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, UX research and designing mobile applications is preferred
