Senior UX/UI Product Designer (Remote)

Some of the things you'll do here:

• You'll build new features in our iOS, Android, and native web app

• You'll refine and iterate on current products and experiences.

• You'll update or create new screens on our marketing website.

• You'll help develop our internal Electronic Health Record (EHR) our therapists use every day.

Responsibilities:

Elicit stakeholder feedback to shape and refine product design briefs

• Engage in human-centered design research processes with both internal and external users in both the exploratory phase of design as well as in later stages for usability testing.
• Interpret research findings, and user needs to create user flows, frameworks, and wireframe digital product solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to Design functional, beautiful, and approachable UX and UI solutions for end-users
• Iterate based on feedback from the whole team
• Develop design requirement documentation
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, clinicians, and other partners to launch the product in market

Requirements:

• Professional experience in interaction design and digital product design
• Demonstrated core product design skills
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate user needs and think through systemic design challenges
• Experience developing and implementing product design work
• Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and developers
• Working knowledge of Figma, Miro, Adobe suite, and other industry standard creative tools such as Google slides, Keynote, etc.
• Proven ability to proactively work in fast-paced startup environments.
