We are seeking a Senior Visual Experience Designer with a passion for creating visually stunning, interactive, and engaging user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to lead the visual design for web and mobile platforms, adding premium aesthetic touches and dynamic motion. Your expertise in illustration, animation, and UI design will elevate our products to deliver top-tier digital experiences.

As a Senior Visual Experience Designer, you'll be responsible for:

• Lead the design of visually stunning web and mobile user interfaces with a focus on premium visual experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define, develop, and implement engaging UI designs, illustrations, and animations.
• Create high-quality illustrations and motion designs to elevate the user experience and set us apart from competitors.
• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system, style guide, and motion library.
• Work within an agile environment, participating in two-week sprints and effectively managing design tickets.
• Ensure designs meet high standards of usability while adding creative, premium touches that delight users.
• Mentor and provide feedback to other designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously push the creative boundaries of our visual design.
  

What will make us choose you?

• 5+ years of experience in visual, UI, and motion design, preferably in a tech company.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, illustration, and motion design.
• Experience creating, building, and maintaining design systems and libraries.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
• Experience designing for web, mobile responsive, and native apps.
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
