Senior Visual Designer

ExtraMile Convenience Stores LLC is a joint venture owned by Chevron and Jacksons Food Stores. The ExtraMile network is currently made up of more than 1,100 convenience stores in California, Pacific Northwest, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and the Southeast. We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our team. In this role you will design and produce visually compelling marketing assets across all channels and touchpoints. This role brings creative concepts to life across static, motion and print formats, supporting everything from digital campaigns to in-store signage, packaging and activation materials. Pay:$98,000 - $122,000/yr. plus bonus opportunity What will I do as a Senior Visual Designer? • Design and produce high-quality creative assets across a wide range of channels and formats - including digital ads, sponsorships, activation materials, in-store signage, POP templates, packaging, and more. • Collaborate with the creative team to concept and execute campaigns with strong visual and verbal alignment. • Ensure all designs are brand-consistent, channel-appropriate, and aligned with goals. • Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual expression across channels. • Develop and manage visual systems, such as design templates and modular assets to support scalability and consistency. • Create motion graphics and contribute to lightweight video editing. • Collaborate with stakeholders to revise and iterate designs based on feedback and performance data. • Prepare and traffic final design files to relevant teams or vendors. • Manage and prioritize concurrent projects, timelines and deliverables. • Support special projects or additional design needs as they arise including new format testing.You’ll be a great fit if you have: • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (or equivalent experience) - Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media • 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel work across digital, print, motion, and brand systems • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) • Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools • Motion graphic and video editing capabilities • Strong visual and storytelling sensibility, attention to detail, organizational skills, curiosityIt’s a real plus if you have: • Convenience store, retail or quick service restaurant marketing experience • Web layout design experience or familiarity with UX/UI principles • Experience with WordPress (especially using visual builders or front-end editing)This position offers a competitive salary and many benefits such as annual bonus, holidays, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.
