Senior Web Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Web Analyst to guide our team in aligning digital data collection with strategic business objectives and key performance indicators.
This pivotal role requires collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and consistent measurement of digital performance across platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing complex analytics projects and a strong command of digital analytics technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide collaboration efforts between marketing, product, and engineering teams to set comprehensive business requirements
• Develop and enforce rigorous documentation and processes that guarantee data precision and uniformity across all digital touchpoints
• Lead the QA and validation processes for tracking implementations on both web and mobile applications
• Identify and adeptly resolve complex tracking issues and data discrepancies in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Establish and maintain robust governance for third-party marketing technology within tag management systems

• 4+ years of experience working in a digital analytics role
• Advanced expertise in implementing and debugging digital analytics tools like Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics
• Mastery in JavaScript specifically for digital analytics tracking setup and troubleshooting
• Comprehensive understanding of digital analytics principles, measurement frameworks, tag management systems, and web development
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing and resolving intricate tracking and data quality issues across diverse environments
• Superior communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and articulating complex data governance concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in querying and conducting data integrity assessments in data warehouses, particularly in Snowflake, using SQL
• Deep knowledge of web development practices including the use of browser developer tools and mobile app debugging tools like Charles Proxy

• Advanced qualifications in using Python, R for data science or product analytics
• Extensive experience in web development or front-end engineering
