LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Workday Specialist for HR (f/m/d) located in Europe (Amsterdam, Bonn, Berlin, Munich, Paris, London) or Boston (USA).
As the Senior Workday SpecialistĀ you will be part of our global Workday team and help develop our growing Workday environment. You will work in a team of two and closely collaborate with our SMEs, regional People teams as well as Finance Workday team and AMS partner. You will play a pivotal role in deploying and supporting Workday solutions that enable our organization to scale. With your experience, you will continually improve business processes and data, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and increase Workday adoption through user training and support.

What is waiting for you?
- audit current system set-up, suggest and implement improvements to set the base for next developments.
- translate business needs into actionable technical projects. Gather and document business requirements and configure systems changes.
- continually analyze business processes and develop new and enhanced workflows, including but not limited to Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Planning & Analytics, Integrations.
- maintain and support Workday security framework for the organization and look for opportunities to streamline the security roles and role assignments.
- drive best practices, collaborate and cross train the People team to raise the bar and drive a scalable Workday adoption.
- provide an excellent end-user support that delivers great employee experience.
- work to raise the Workday knowledge and capabilities across broader teams, support change management plans, create training materials, and deliver training.
- analyze Workday releases to identify opportunities enhancing our environment.
- partner in the development of People analytics and the configuration of dashboards, on-demand reporting, and analytics for business users.
What are we looking for?
- 3-4+ years professional experience in Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation and Talent modules
- University degree in technical or economic study or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in developing a Workday environment in a fast-paced environment
- Sound understanding of HR processes, operations and employee data management
- Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess business needs
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Outstanding coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project and change management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
- Organizational talent able to balance user support, feature adoption and strategic projects
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Workday certification is an advantage but not essential
