SEO Analyst

Overview: V Digital Services is a digital marketing agency based in Phoenix, AZ. Our Organic SEO team members are responsible for managing multiple Search Engine Optimization campaigns for a dedicated book of business and driving overall success for our clients. You’ll need to be familiar with the core principles of Local and Organic SEO including onsite/on-page optimization, content strategy, and off-page tactics. This is a client-facing position so you should be comfortable articulating your strategy as well as reviewing performance (think storytelling). Who We’re Looking For: • 3-5 Years of SEO experience • You’re a strategic thinker who can follow processes while also getting creative and thinking outside the box • You're always ahead of the curve and are finding ways to incorporate new technology, tools, and tactics to ensure competitive campaign performance (think Artificial Intelligence, GEO, AEO) • You have stellar communication and presentation skills • You’re fast-paced yet detail-oriented and can multitask with ease • You have an entrepreneurial mindset or a hustler’s mentality • You aren’t afraid to ask questions but are resourceful enough to find the answers on your own • You share ideas and are always looking for ways to improve • You’re competitive and performance-driven • You’re a team player • You’re capable of working effectively remotely but also thrive in an in-office environment • You’re comfortable with Google Analytics and Google Search Console • You’ve used Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, etc. • You’ve built a website in WordPress or other content management systems such as Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, etc. What Your Responsibilities Would Be: • Managing a Book of Business between 25-35 clients • Conducting technical SEO audits • Performing keyword research • Ideating content strategies • Developing organic link-building strategies • Executing on-site optimizations • Creating 6-month SEO strategies • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance • Presenting SEO strategies to clients, sales reps, and other stakeholders • Collaborating with a diverse group of team members • Working with other SEO Analysts to implement strategies and report on red flags for the accounts Who We Are: • V Digital Services is part of the Voice Media Group family ~ the agency itself has been around for approximately 10+ years now • We’re located in Phoenix, AZ, and are one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in the Valley ~ the Organic SEO team has 500+ clients that we serve monthly (THAT’S A LOT) • We work with Local and National brands that share our values • We embrace change, are always evolving, and are constantly looking for ways to improve Company's website: https://www.vdigitalservices.com Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
