About the Role
As an SEO Manager, you'll report directly to the Head of SEO, contributing to and executing HiBob's global organic growth strategy. You'll take ownership of specific website areas, ensuring they are optimized for search engines, user experience, and emerging AI platforms. This role requires collaboration with global teams and agencies to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.
Job Requirements
What You Should Have ..

• At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience in a SaaS, tech, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including proficiency with tools like WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams and manage external agencies.
• Analytical mindset, with experience interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
• Familiarity with optimizing for AI platforms, including chatbots, AI snippets, and voice search.

Preferred Qualifications..

• Experience managing SEO for community platforms or user-generated content websites.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Knowledge of global SEO best practices.
