What You'll Do:
The Server RAID/HBA Engineer will drive development of Lenovo RAID/HBA products and solutions with our partners. This engineer will support the design, development and debug of new RAID/HBA subsystem solutions and support them through their lifecycle. In this role you will work closely with the server platform engineering team to implement and design solutions. Responsibilities also include leading the debug of complex issues and root cause investigation. This role will be technology focal point on RAID/HBA product to support other functional areas within the broader team. Managing lab hardware setup and configuration along with site to site shipments and tracking. You will work closely with our world wide team in a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications:
• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
• At least 5years of experience in HW/FW/DD Design of Storage and Server subsystems
• Prior Storage industry experience with RAID/HBA technology
• At least 1 year of experience with PCIe/NVMe, SAS, SATA protocols
• Previous Protocol analyzer experience
• Experience with Hardware and Storage debug
• Proficient in Linux/Windows/VMWare Operating systems
• Knowledge of HW Development processes
• Knowledge of Server technologies including HW, UEFI, BMC architecture
