Cavender Auto Family, is currently looking for a talentedService BDC Associateto join our growing family and help "Make Confidence Happen". Veterans and Military spouses are encouraged to apply!

• $17.00 per hour
• Full Time (40 hours) - Schedules include Saturdays (10 AM - 7 PM)

Here is what you will be doing:
• Screen inbound calls to generate service appointments via phone
• Work with outbound call lists accordingly to set an appointment for service due, manufacturer campaigns, parts ordered, etc
• Provide outstanding customer service with problem solving skills & product knowledge
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Recommends necessary maintenance/service to customers
• Provides helpful information on customer vehicle problems or complaints
• Contacts customers who miss their appointments and reschedule as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
Here is what you will need:
• Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced situations.
• Proficient on multi line phone system & computer software such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, and Google.
• Must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multitask, and have great listening skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a huge plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• High school diploma/GED required
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license
• Must be submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening
• Must be able to able to work: 10 am - 7 pm, all schedules include Saturdays
