Location:Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Status: Non-exempt, Hourly
We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced, service-driven team. In this role, you’ll be the central hub of communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments—ensuring service requests are handled efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail. You’ll manage technician scheduling, coordinate parts and resources, and maintain accurate service records to support smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Experience with warranty processing is a plus. This is an onsite position that requires a drug and background check.
