Service Data Reporting Analyst Sciton, recognized as a 2020-2021 Best Places to Work company, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Analyst in our Global Service department. The ideal candidate for this job has quick and accurate typing skills, and impeccable organization and communication skills. Does this sound like you? As a Customer Support Analyst, you’ll work in a team environment and be responsible for providing quality support including but not limited to ERP support, Product Support assistance with data mining, email support, data entry, assisting with the Sciton store, and other projects subject to capacity. You will input data with speed and accuracy giving keen attention to important details. Fun Stuff You Get to Do—Never a Boring Moment As the Service Data Reporting Analyst , you will have the opportunity to: • Participate in cross-functional and organization-wide projects that support strategic initiatives. • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools used in service data analysis. • Monitor Early Failures and run analytics for continual improvement. • Provide the service department and engineering data analytics for performance improvement. • Evaluate and Distribute new system failure information to the appropriate parties • Weekly notification of service analytics to leadership. • Assist with updating and communicating changes to Customer Service team members. • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. • Assist in creating and maintaining forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. • Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements assigned by Leadership Minimum Requirements/Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field. • 2 - 5 years’ work experience in Customer Service and Data Entry • Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize new computer software and systems Note:This position requires working out of the office full-time, 5 days a week.Candidates should be comfortable with daily commuting and working on-site to meet the demands of the role. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is 80k - $85k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(K) with matching.
