Service Electrician

Location: Redwood City, CA and Union City, CA (as needed) Company: Brilliant Electric Brilliant Electric is hiring a skilled, dependable Service Electrician to join our growing team. We have a reputation for delivering outstanding service to our residential and commercial clients throughout the Peninsula, East Bay, and Tri-Valley. Who We’re Looking For:A high-character electrician who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with customers, and finishes strong—every time. We’re looking for someone who: • Has 6+ years of hands-on field experience (minimum) • Has worked in 80% residential service and 20% commercial service • Is extremely responsive and follows through on commitments • Completes “homework”—does the prep and documentation without being asked • Is dedicated to top-notch customer service • Has a clean driving record and can pass a background check • Is willing to work extended hours or weekends when needed • Must be proficient with Service Titan or similar service software • Ability to commute to Redwood City, CA and Union City, CA as needed Your Role Will Include: • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems • Installing service panels, lighting, EV chargers, and smart home features Interfacing with homeowners and project managers • Preparing detailed job notes and uploading to our system • Leading helper/apprentice when needed Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive pay based on experience and performance • Company van and fuel card • Health, dental, vision (after probation period) • PTO & paid holidays • Bonuses based on performance • Bi-weekly pay frequency Apply Today:Send your resume and a short note on why you’d be a great fit.
