Service Manager HVAC Systems

In this role, you will be preparing repair and maintenance quotes, processing service orders, tracking materials and labor, updating timelines, and providing clear communication with all stakeholders. This is a DIRECT HIRE position for well qualified candidates for my client. This position is in office. Pay Range is around $90,000 plus benefits. Duties: • Manage the full lifecycle of service orders - from quote acceptance through scheduling to completion. • Enure accurate service order entry based on approved quotes and customer purchase orders. • Coordinate with Service Department to confirm accurate labor estimates for quoted work. • Schedule technician dispatches and recurring maintenance visits in collaboration with CHC Service Division. • Maintain accurate project timelines and provide updates during internal service review meetings. Requirements: • Minimum 5 Years of experience in HVAC or Plumbing, specifically in service, repair, or maintenance operations. • Associate degree or higher required; bachelor's degree preferred. • Background in plumbing and/or HVAC strongly preferred. #VIS #VIS
