In this role, you’ll meet directly with customers to performplumbing evaluations, water quality testing, and present repair and replacement options. You’ll recommend solutions such asslab leak repairs, sewer line replacements, re-piping, water heaters, and filtration systems, with a focus oneducating the customer and selling the right solution. The Schedule • Standard hours:8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday • Overtime available • Some on-call and weekend work required • Dispatch from home directly to the job site (no daily check-in at the office required) Responsibilities • Conduct in-home plumbing evaluations, including leak detection, water quality testing, and system checks • Determine service options and clearly explain repair, replacement, and upgrade solutions to customers • Recommend and sell replacements and upgrades such as slab leak repairs, sewer line projects, water heaters, re-piping, and filtration systems • Test water quality, explain results, and recommend the appropriate filtration and treatment systems • Prepare and present cost estimates and proposals in a clear, professional manner • Build trust with homeowners and close high-value projects to drive business growth Minimum Requirements • Validdriver’s licensewith a clean driving record • Ability to pass abackground check and drug screening • Customer service mindset with strong communication skills • Ability to clearly explain technical solutions in simple terms • Comfort working in acommission-driven environment • Motivation to meet sales goals and performance targets Preferred Criteria • Professional plumbing sales experience • Familiarity with water quality testing and filtration/treatment system sales • Experience using a CRM or field management software (such as ServiceTitan) • Strong negotiation and closing skills in a commission-based environment • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills Benefits • $5,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance • Company vehicle, tablet, and phone • Gas card • Uniforms provided • Tool program • Continuing education and training opportunities About Us We’ve proudly served the Concho Valley for over 40 years, becoming a trusted name in home services across San Angelo, TX, and the surrounding areas.
