Job Title: Service Team Laborer Location: Austin, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until Job is done. Pay: $150/Day About the Role: We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Service Team Laborer to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. As a Service Team Laborer, you’ll support daily service tasks, including setup, cleanup, equipment operation, and general maintenance duties to ensure smooth and efficient field or shop operations. Key Responsibilities: • Installation and Repairs of all types of Fences. • Assist with the loading, unloading, and transport of materials, tools, and equipment • Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning • Support skilled tradespeople and technicians on various job sites • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed) • Follow company safety protocols and wear required PPE • Report issues or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous laborer or construction experience a plus, but not required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Benefits: • Opportunities for growth and advancement Join a team that values hard work, safety, and teamwork — we look forward to hearing from you!
