Service Technician/Plumber (3+ yr exp)

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide repair or replacement solutions. • Perform installations of water heaters, fixtures, water lines, and gas lines. • Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, backflows, and low water pressure. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. • Communicate professionally with customers, providing clear explanations of work and recommendations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies. • Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment in good working order. • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service as required.
