Service Writer/Sales Associate

Schedule: Full-Time (Some Saturdays required) What You’ll Do: • Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle concerns. • Write accurate repair orders and explain services in plain language. • Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress. • Recommend maintenance or repairs based on vehicle condition. • Ensure vehicles leave our shop in top condition — and our customers leave happy. • Helping customers with used car sales, in person and online • Organizing and mingling inventory across our lot for best presentation • Supporting general lot operations and dealership flow • Assist in photographing and listing inventory for sale What We’re Looking For: • Experience in a service writer/advisor role preferred, but we’ll train the right person. • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. • Great communication and customer service skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • A love for cars Why You’ll Love It Here: • Competitive pay • Friendly, team-focused shop culture. • Benefits and paid time off • Employee discounts on repairs and services. • Room to grow your career in the automotive industry.
