Service/Install Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate installation projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HVAC installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical HVAC knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients. Responsibilities • Lead and manage HVAC installation teams to ensure efficient project execution. • Develop project timelines and allocate resources effectively. • Monitor HVAC installation processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process. • Train team members on best practices for installation techniques and equipment usage. • Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical connections and ensuring proper functionality of installed systems. Skills • Proven experience in managing installation projects, preferably in a related industry. • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. • Proficient in using an ohmmeter and other relevant tools for installation tasks. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance. • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. • Familiarity with safety regulations related to installation work is essential.
