An Application Developer with expertise in ServiceNow specializes in providing development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization. They possess knowledge in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages such as JavaScript. This individual is also proficient in using ServiceNow's low-code/no-code platform the NOW platform and can design and develop customized reports by applying code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment. They can implement different ServiceNow modules and customize them as needed.
Field Service Management (FSM) ServiceNow Developer you need a deep understanding of both the ServiceNow platform and the Field Service domain. FSM focuses on managing work performed by field technicians and coordinating logistics like scheduling dispatch and asset management.
