Job Description
Our Health Network Realization group is growing and hiring a Services Operations Manager I! In this role, you will work with project leadership to understand project staffing requirements to develop staffing plans that support the success of client projects. You will recommend and communicate staffing assignments to associates, managers and project teams; engage third-party resources as required to deliver client projects; document and track all open and committed resource assignments; and report on key business metrics related to staffing and utilization. Working Environment
Hybrid or Remote
This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #RemoteQualifications
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- 1-year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
- 4 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and stakeholders
- Organizational, scheduling, and time management skills are highly desired
- Ability to work independently as well as in a dynamic team environment
- Technical Problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
- Ability to adhere to project deadlines
- MS Teams, Zoom, or other team communication tools
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excel - Pivot Tables, basic formulas
- Outlook
Expectations
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Must currently reside in, or relocate to, Kansas City, MO
