Job position: SharePoint Lead Consultant

Location: Krakow (hybrid work 2 days per week in office)

Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Responsibilities:

• To interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
• You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
• You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
• You would be a key contributor to building efficient programs/ systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience on similar job position is a must
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Experience in SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online.
• Experience in .NET Framework, HTML5/JavaScript and general web development tools/technologies;
• Good experience in customer handing, team handling and project management;
• Good to have solution architect experience;
• Experience in 0365 architecture.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Polish)
